# CTG Work Experience Summary

**China Telecom Global**
**Strategic Account Manager | July 2025 - November 2025**

## Professional summary

I managed strategic enterprise accounts, including Alibaba Cloud, for overseas data-center services, IDC operations support, and cross-border connectivity. My work connected customer requirements and technical proposals with partner coordination, contract follow-up, delivery, acceptance, and ongoing account operations.

## Core responsibilities

- Maintained a global customer demand and opportunity pipeline, aligned priorities with procurement and technical stakeholders, and followed project progress across internal teams and local partners.
- Coordinated technical and commercial bid preparation, translating service requirements into proposed coverage, staffing, delivery responsibilities, and supporting materials.
- Worked with customer, supplier, and delivery teams on contract execution, acceptance, operational follow-up, and issue escalation.
- Coordinated delivery, acceptance, and payment follow-up across customer, partner, and finance teams, maintaining status visibility and following up on outstanding actions.

## Selected projects

### Alibaba Cloud Overseas IDC Operations

Coordinated customer requirements, contract follow-up, and partner delivery planning for overseas IDC operations services. The service scope included site management, IT and infrastructure operations, asset management, maintenance, and emergency support.

The work connected customer and supplier interfaces around delivery readiness, service responsibilities, acceptance, and operational follow-up. My role was account and delivery coordination; the supporting contract describes the supplier's service obligations.

### Alibaba Cloud APAC and EMEA Infrastructure Bids

Coordinated technical and commercial bids across APAC and EMEA for IDC services, dedicated connectivity, and managed operations staffing. The APAC scope covered Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, and Vietnam, combining local partner resources with central coordination.

My account and solution-coordination work focused on aligning customer requirements, regional coverage, partner resources, service scope, delivery responsibilities, and planned transitions. This describes bid coordination and proposed scope, without claiming an award or completed rollout.

### Alibaba Cloud Account Operations and Partner Reviews

Coordinated delivery, acceptance, and payment follow-up across customer, partner, and finance teams for ongoing overseas services.

The account materials document a planned September 2025 quarterly business review involving Alibaba Cloud, CTG, and an IDC partner. The operations ledger records a workflow from reconciliation and settlement through invoicing and payment, with fields for handoffs and outstanding items. These materials illustrate the coordination context of the account.

## Capabilities demonstrated

## Evidence context

The role title and personal responsibilities follow my supplied career history; I confirmed the July–November 2025 dates. The supporting account documents establish project and workflow context; company-level obligations and historical account records are not treated as individual performance results.

| Supporting material | What it supports | Interpretation limit |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Overseas IDC operations service agreement | Service categories, customer and supplier interfaces, delivery readiness and operational responsibilities | Contracted supplier obligations do not establish personal hands-on implementation, activated sites or measured delivery outcomes. |
| APAC and EMEA IDC operations bid materials | Regional scope, proposed coverage, staffing and partner coordination model | A proposed service model does not establish a bid win or completed delivery. |
| Overseas operations weekly ledger | Reconciliation, settlement, invoicing, payment and follow-up workflow | Records include periods before this role; they do not establish personal revenue, collection results or ownership of every listed item. |
| September 2025 three-party QBR invitation | Planned customer, CTG and IDC partner review for existing business | An invitation does not establish attendance or meeting outcomes. |
